Help center

Setup, billing, disputes,
and how to leave.

The operational answers, separated from the sales pages. If what you want is the argument for the service rather than instructions for using it, the FAQ is the better page.

Where do you want to start?

Getting set up

Signing up, what documents we ask for, how your landlord verifies the lease, and how long each step takes. Link the setup articles.

Your report

What appears on your credit file, which bureaus receive it, when it updates, and why a month might look different than you expected. Link the reporting articles.

Billing

Changing a card, updating an address, adding a roommate, and what the guarantee covers. Link the billing articles.

Disputes and cancellation.

These are the two things this industry hides. They get their own section here.

Something we reported is wrong

You can dispute it with us directly or through the bureau, and we are required to investigate either way. Link the dispute form and state the response window in days. This link is required to exist and to be findable; making it easy to find is also the clearest possible signal that we are a furnisher rather than a credit repair shop.

You want to cancel

Cancellation is self-service in the portal and never requires a phone call. The history we already reported is not retracted — it stays on your file.

This page is a hub with nothing behind it yet.

The category cards above are the intended structure; the articles themselves have not been written or migrated from the current help center.

Two decisions come before the writing:

  • Does the help center live here as PHP pages, or stay on a hosted knowledge base with this page linking into it? Either is fine, but the header, footer and search behaviour should match the site whichever way it goes.
  • Search. A help center without it is a list, and a list stops working at about thirty articles.

Until then, the phone number in the header of every page is the real help center, and the FAQ already answers the most common questions.
